As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be part of a local service team made up of fellow technicians and a Team Leader who support each other daily. While you’ll travel to customer sites and work independently on service calls, you’ll never be on your own—you’ll have a team behind you to collaborate with, share knowledge, and help solve problems.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of independent field work and being part of a tight-knit, team-oriented environment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on lift trucks
Travel to customer sites within your assigned territory
Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance
Accurately document all service work performed
Test equipment to ensure safe and proper operation
Collaborate with your Team Leader and fellow technicians to solve complex issues
Communicate with dispatch, parts, and sales teams to meet customer needs
Plan and manage daily service calls efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized service van and manage tools and parts inventory
Provide professional, customer-focused service at all times
Safely operate a company-provided service vehicle
High school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of relevant mechanical or technical experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Ability to read and interpret diagrams and schematics
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
