  • This is a Flex Position Flex position for 9-11 months per year; you can use your off months to travel or visit friends and family!

As a Lift Attendant Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our mountain operations, assisting skiers and riders, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly individuals who love the outdoors and have a passion for exceptional guest service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Training & Safety: Train employees on proper techniques for loading/unloading lifts, and ensure proper use of lift controls and safety equipment. Conduct safety training sessions and ensure lifts operate safely under varying weather conditions.

  • Guest Assistance: Assist guests with aerial lifts, conveyor lifts, tow ropes, and surface lifts. Guide guests through loading/unloading areas, including handling swinging chairs, and address any concerns.

  • Operations & Monitoring: Ensure proper signage is in place, ramps are smooth and ice-free, and machinery is operating correctly. Monitor weather conditions and shut down operations during severe weather.

  • Staffing & Support: Ensure staff adhere to uniform requirements, assist with staffing, and resolve conflicts. Produce weekly schedules, manage absenteeism, and oversee lift ticket checks for validity.

  • Inventory & Documentation: Check inventory, verify supply deliveries, and ensure proper lift logs and incident forms are completed.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Assist other departments with lift operations and conduct staff meetings. Keep up-to-date on industry standards and ANSI-B77 code changes.

Driving:

  • Have a valid Driver’s license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program

Preferred Experience:

  • 2 years’ experience with lift operations or 2 years experience in a supervisory role

  • Must have some computer knowledge

  • Skiing or Snowboarding ability

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED
