Our Lifestyle Support Workers (LSW's) walk alongside our clients to build capacity, support independence and empower a life of participation, opportunity, and choice. Taking a strengths-focused approach to person-centered care means that our LSW's are creating a safe, healthy and inclusive environment where clients can engage, on their own terms.

Please note that this is not an entry level role, we are looking for someone with at least 6 months of experience working within a support role.
