Schedule:
Full time (40hours/week)
Hybrid Position: 3days in person,and 2remote
Monday - Friday
Potential call coveragein the near future
Responsibilities:
Prescribe and manage medication within the scope of practice of the supervising physician per licensure.
Communicate relevant data via timely written documentation in the electronic medical record.
Provide patient educationregardingweight loss medications.
Provide education and counseling to patients for healthy lifestyle and behavior change with an emphasis on healthy eating, regular exercise and consistent follow up with members of the interdisciplinary team.
Consult with collaborating physicians on cases of concern.
Delegate tasks to support staff withinan appropriatescopeof practice.
Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with members of the interdisciplinary team.
Participate in ongoing education programs and continue professional development through organizational and community resources,conferences,and workshops.
Complete annual mandatory education.
Maintain courteous and professional interactions with all staff and patients.
Requirements:
Commitment in managing the physical,emotional,and social impact of patientsnavigating weight loss interventions.
Experience in nutrition, obesity medicineand family medicine is a plus
Experience using EPIC is preferred
PA or NP certification
DEA license
MCSR
BLS certificationrequired

Pay Range:
$133,120.00 USD - $215,000.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
