Corner Property Management is an NJ-based association management company dedicated to helping condominium associations run smoothly and thrive. We partner with communities across NJ and PA to provide professional management services.

Compensation

$35.00per hour

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and support community lifestyle programs, social events, and resident activities
• Coordinate with vendors, entertainers, instructors, and volunteers related to Association events
• Assist with event logistics, including scheduling, setup coordination, and on-site oversight
• Provide programming recommendations aligned with community goals and budget
• Support event communications, including notices, flyers, calendars, and resident outreach
• Attend Association-approved events or meetings related to lifestyle programming when requested

Requirements

• Experience in event planning, community programming, or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Flexible availability to support events and meetings as requested
• Comfortable working with residents, vendors, and community stakeholders
