$20.50 - $25.56 / hour
Responsible for being active and proactive in identifying full range of resources and services that would support current residents and prospective residents and families. Provide seamless and efficient access to a broad array of services. In the absence of independent living administrator, will conduct tours and sales.

Provide seamless and efficient access to a broad array of local features such as shopping, dining, and recreational destinations.
Assist residents with travel arrangements to include but not limited to hotel reservations, airline tickets, transport to and from airport
Assist families and or residents with reserving community rooms for personal use
Overseeing and ensuring the medical transportation for residents is efficient and properly billed if necessary
Work collaboratively with local businesses to offer their services to residents, prospective residents, and families
Assists incoming residents with all facets of transition and move to Elderwood Residences at Wheatfield patio homes and apartments
Communicates incoming resident’s special needs or requirements to the team
Remains current on unit status and vacancies
Supports Administrator by assisting with tours, telephone inquiries, community events
Keep record of potential resident applicants on file, including facility application and other required forms
Observes and practices confidentiality of resident information and privacy when performing position duties.
Utilizes electronic timekeeping system as directed.
Arrives to work on time, regularly, and works as scheduled.
Recognizes and follows the dress code of the facility including wearing name tag at all times.
Follows policy and procedure regarding all electronic devices, computers, tablets, etc.
Supports and abides by Elderwood’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
Abides by Elderwood’s businesses code of conduct, compliance and HIPAA policies.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor, management staff or Administrator.
