At TEN we’re looking for passionate, motivated and resourceful individuals to join our APAC travel team. As a Travel Specialist, you will use your exceptional customer service skills together with your passion for travel to fulfil personalized and customized leisure travel requests and deliver an unrivalled experience to our high-net-worth members.

We pride ourselves on being able to organise anything, anywhere. At TEN, you could be researching a stay in a local hotel one minute and piecing together a European adventure the next. Every day and every member request is different. You’ll work with suppliers around the globe to go above and beyond the members’ expectations by consistently delivering the unexpected.

The role will require some evening and weekend shifts

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

  • Travel specialists and travel enthusiasts who want open up the world for others
  • Energetic and motivated team players who enjoy being challenged
  • People who are passionate about delivering high quality and personalized customer service
  • Strong team players with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • People who love to use their initiative and creativity
  • Experience working in a travel company (retail, wholesale or online)
  • Recent GDS experience (Amadeus is preferred)
  • Proven success in a customer facing service position
  • Fluent in English , Cantonese and Mandarin
