Lifestyle Concierge

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Lifestyle Concierge to join our team in delivering exceptional personalized service and support to our clients. This role is central to enhancing the day-to-day lives of our clients by anticipating their needs and providing thoughtful, tailored solutions that enrich their lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly and professionally to their requests and inquiries.
  • Coordinate and manage a wide range of lifestyle services including travel arrangements, dining reservations, event planning, and personal shopping.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, local businesses, and service providers to secure preferential access, rates, and services.
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on clients' preferences, interests, and feedback to continually elevate their experience.
  • Manage calendars and schedules to ensure seamless organization of appointments, social engagements, and special occasions.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information and requests.
  • Continuously update knowledge of local happenings, luxury offerings, and exclusive events to provide timely and relevant opportunities to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute ideas to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, luxury services, or client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills with a personable and empathetic approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Resourceful problem solver with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate client needs, including occasional evenings or weekends.
  • Familiarity with local and international luxury lifestyle trends and service providers is a plus.
  • Technologically adept with proficiency in digital communication tools and scheduling software.
