Responsibilities
1. Mapping Seller Information
a. Collect, organize, and update seller profiles including store details, product categories, sales performance, and livestream activity.
b. Identify gaps and opportunities in seller engagement or platform presence
2. Evaluating Livestreaming Quality
a. Review livestream sessions from top-performing sellers/brands to assess content quality, engagement, and effectiveness.
b. Provide weekly/monthly reports highlighting key findings, best practices, and areas for improvement.
3. Administration & Follow-up Tasks
a. Support category strategy team member in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
b. Manage communication records and maintain structured documentation for easy reference.
4. Monitoring Daily Performance Data & BAU (Business-As-Usual) Tasks
a. Track daily KPIs (e.g., GMV, livestream engagement, order volume, seller adoption rate).
b. Generate routine reports and dashboards to support business monitoring
c. Execute other BAU activities such as data entry, updating trackers, and ensuring smooth operational flow
