This team drives the planning and execution of TikTok Shop lifestyle campaigns, managing mega, category, and brand-led initiatives to maximize seller performance. They also oversee affiliate strategies, boosting creator participation and driving GMV growth throughout campaign periods.

Candidates who pass resume screening will be invited to participate in TikTok's technical online assessment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in campaign operations across key domains (mega, category, and brand campaigns)

- Manage voucher setup, AW creation, and H5 configuration

- Handle pontos visibility allocation and management

- Coordinate live lineup planning and execution

- Support monthly product nomination tasks for creators

- Analyze campaign and affiliate performance to identify improvement opportunities
