About the Role
As a Lifestyle Assistant, you will provide tailored support to participants with disabilities, including those with complex behaviours and mental health challenges. No two days are the same. You will play a vital role in helping participants achieve their personal goals while supporting their daily routines, wellbeing, and community engagement.

About You
You are patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting people to thrive. You understand the importance of trauma-informed care and have experience supporting individuals with mental health conditions, intellectual impairments, and challenging behaviours. You are confident in building rapport, recognising triggers, de-escalating situations, and maintaining professional boundaries while providing compassionate support.
