Lifeguard - Vione Hotel in Paros

SWOT Hospitality Management Company is seeking a vigilant and skilled Lifeguard to join our team at the stunning Vione Hotel in Paros, Greece. As a Lifeguard, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests while they enjoy our hotel's pool and beach facilities.

In this role, you'll monitor guests, enforce safety policies, and provide excellent customer service to create a safe and pleasant environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the pool and beach areas, ensuring the safety of all guests.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and administer first aid when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized swimming area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Educate guests on safety rules and water safety practices.
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance to guests, addressing their needs.

Requirements

• Valid lifeguard certification.
• Previous experience as a lifeguard, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergencies.
