Lifeguard - Mykonos

SWOT Hospitality Management Company is seeking a dedicated and professional Lifeguard to join our team in beautiful Mykonos, Greece. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our guests while they enjoy our luxurious facilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring pool and beach areas, providing excellent customer service, and enforcing safety policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Vigilantly monitoring guests in designated swimming areas to ensure their safety
• Responding promptly to emergencies and administering first aid as needed
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the pool and beach areas
• Educating guests about safety rules and protocols
• Providing outstanding service to guests and addressing their needs and concerns

Requirements

• Valid lifeguard certification.
• Experience in lifeguarding, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
