Job Description

Responsible for the safety of our guests while at the pool area. Responsible for the cleanliness of the pool/deck areas. Responsible for supervising Lifeguard staff. Assists with scheduling and training of Pool staff.

  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Must be Lifeguard and CPR certified.
  • One-year supervisory experience in a municipal or hotel/resort pool desired.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Previous lifeguard experience preferred.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Stand and move throughout the pool area as required during an assigned shift in an efficient, expedient manner, regardless of extremes in temperature and other adverse conditions.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, bend, crouch, stoop, and kneel when assisting guest with their needs.
  • Must be able to push towel bins during an assigned shift.
  • Must be able to handle more than one function at a time accurately.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20lbs. Responds to visual or oral cues.
  • Must be able to read, write speak and understand English.
