- Help keep our pools safe by actively monitoring swimmers and responding when needed.
- Create a welcoming, positive experience for members and program participants.
- Teach engaging swim lessons using the YMCA of the USA swim curriculum (for Swim Instructors).
- Participate in paid training, ongoing education, and team development opportunities.

Qualifications
- ✅ A minimum age of 16 years
- 📄 Current certifications in:

- - Lifeguarding

- -  CPR/AED

- - First Aid

- - Oxygen Administration

- 💡 OR a willingness to obtain certifications before starting (training opportunities may be available for the right candidate!)
- 🧘 A calm, confident presence with strong attention to safety and detail
- 🗣️ Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Seeking availability for both weekday and weekend shifts.
