Work Schedule: Full-time position, with a non-traditional work schedule.
Hours are flexible and will include weekend, weekday, holidays, and/or nights.
Two days off during the work week (for example: Tuesday/Wednesday)
of Duties: Plans, organizes, coordinates, and implements lifeguarding for the Aquatics Department.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises seasonal staff. Fulfills supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education: Bachelor's Degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university.
Experience: One (1) year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office & SharePoint required.
