About Camp North Homes:
Camp North Homes provides opportunities for all programs within our continuum to have powerful, new experiences in an outdoor setting. Participants get to explore a wide range of wilderness skills such as fire and shelter building, garden lessons while picking fresh raspberries, and fishing. We also build in a variety of other experiential activities like nature scavenger hunts, woodworking, archery, and by challenging participants to reach new heights on our high ropes course. At Camp North Homes, we are dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and enriching experience for our participants and staff. We are currently seeking a vigilant and proactive Lifeguard to join our team and ensure the safety of all swimmers in the lake area. As a Lifeguard, you will play a critical role in maintaining a secure environment, responding to emergencies, and promoting water safety.
The Lifeguard is responsible for overseeing the safety of all swimmers in the lake area, ensuring that proper safety protocols are followed, and providing immediate assistance in case of emergencies. You will also perform first aid and lifesaving techniques, including CPR and AED usage, when necessary.
