Lifeguard

Are you alert, responsible, and passionate about safety and guest care? We are looking for a Lifeguard who will ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-supervised environment at the pool and recreational areas while delivering friendly and professional service to guests and members.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Monitoring pool and recreational areas to ensure guest safety at all times.
• Enforcing pool rules and safety regulations courteously and consistently.
• Responding immediately and effectively to emergencies and rescue situations.
• Providing first aid and CPR when required, following approved procedures.
• Conducting regular safety checks of pool areas, equipment, and signage.
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of pool decks and surrounding areas.
• Assisting guests with basic inquiries and offering a welcoming, professional presence.
• Recording incidents, accidents, and maintenance issues accurately.
• Coordinating with Health Club, Security, and Engineering teams as needed.

What we need from you:

• Valid Lifeguard Certification with current CPR/AED and First Aid (mandatory).
• Previous experience as a Lifeguard, preferably in a hotel, resort, or health club environment.
• Strong swimming and rescue skills with high safety awareness.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic language will be an advantage
• Physically fit, alert, and able to remain focused for extended periods.
• Calm, confident demeanor with strong decision-making skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
