Job Location: New Orleans, LA 70115
Position Type: Seasonal
Salary Range: $14.27 - $14.27 Hourly
Job Shift: AnyWhat You'll Do:
- Responsible for ensuring the safety of all patrons at the pools.
- Must evaluate and resolve emergencies.
- Must conduct safety checks, check and record chemical levels, and help maintain the cleanliness of pool areas.
- Must perform appropriate rescues and perform first aid when necessary.
- Must report and document all injuries and rescues to the Aquatics Director.
- Must be able to operate a handicap lift at any time.
- Must attend and participate in mandatory bi-weekly staff meetings.
- Must be professional and alert at all times.
- Must be able to implement and enforce the Test, Mark & Protect policy.
- Must be Rescue Ready.
- Must be on time for scheduled shifts.

QualificationsWhat You'll Bring:
- Lifeguard certifications with CPR/AED from American Red Cross, StarGuard or Ellis and Associates
- First Aid
- 15 years of age and older
