Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager based in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to own and grow a full lifecycle marketing engine within an innovative, fast-moving environment.
You’ll turn marketing interest into sales-ready demand while building meaningful engagement throughout the customer journey.
The position combines strategy and hands-on execution across nurture, email, content, CRM, integrated campaigns, ABM, and customer marketing.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Growth, Marketing Operations, Customer Experience, Clinical Marketing, and Creative teams.
Your work will directly influence engagement, MQL generation, pipeline progression, product adoption, expansion, and revenue.
As a highly hands-on role, it is ideal for an exceptional writer who can translate complex technical and clinical concepts into compelling customer-focused messaging.
The position is fully remote across Canada, with considerable autonomy, flexible working practices, and opportunities for continuous professional growth.

Accountabilities

  • Own and continuously optimize the lifecycle and pre-sale nurture strategy, creating journeys based on customer profile, specialty, intent, behavior, geography, and buying stage.
  • Develop triggered, re-engagement, and database activation programs that move prospects toward sales readiness and improve funnel progression.
  • Own the annual, quarterly, and monthly email calendar, coordinating communications around content, product launches, webinars, events, promotions, and clinical education.
  • Lead lifecycle campaigns end-to-end, including audience definition, briefs, messaging, copywriting, creative direction, execution, measurement, testing, and optimization.
  • Build scalable email processes, reusable campaign formats, and effective customer journeys while partnering with Marketing Operations on segmentation, technical implementation, testing, deliverability, consent, and compliance.
  • Evaluate emerging lifecycle channels such as SMS and determine where they can strengthen high-intent or time-sensitive communications.
  • Develop integrated campaigns spanning email, content, webinars, events, product launches, Sales outreach, paid media, and other channels.
  • Lead the campaign-orchestration component of ABM initiatives, coordinating touchpoints and journeys for priority accounts and segments.
  • Own the content and editorial calendar, ensuring it supports lifecycle, campaign, product, event, SEO, and broader business objectives.
  • Write and repurpose high-quality content across blogs, email, nurture, webinars, events, social channels, and Sales follow-up, translating complex clinical and technical concepts into clear messaging.
  • Partner with Creative to shape the design, messaging, and customer experience of emails and campaign assets.
  • Support the post-purchase customer journey through targeted communications that drive product adoption, education, feature awareness, expansion, upsell, and upgrades.
  • Establish a continuous test-and-learn culture across messaging, calls to action, sequencing, frequency, offers, segmentation, and channel mix.
  • Analyze performance across engagement, MQL conversion, funnel progression, product adoption, pipeline influence, and revenue, turning insights into actionable improvements.
  • Requirements

    • 4+ years of experience in lifecycle, email, CRM, content, or integrated campaign marketing.
    • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to produce compelling emails, blogs, and campaign content.
    • Hands-on experience managing email and lifecycle campaigns from strategy through execution, testing, measurement, and optimization.
    • Strong knowledge of nurture programs, segmentation, personalization, behavioral triggers, and customer journeys across different buying motions and audience types.
    • Demonstrated experience with integrated marketing channels including email, content, webinars, events, product launches, and Sales activation.
    • Experience working with product and/or SaaS offerings, ideally in a B2B environment.
    • Strong understanding of content strategy, email design, user experience, and conversion principles, including experience briefing or directing creative teams.
    • Experience with Marketo or a comparable marketing automation platform and the ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing Operations.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, audiences, calendars, and stakeholders simultaneously.
    • Comfortable creating structure and scalable processes within a fast-moving environment.
    • Ability to use AI tools responsibly to accelerate ideation, content creation, analysis, and marketing execution.
    • Healthcare, medical device, ultrasound, or related industry experience is a plus, particularly familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations around clinical claims.
    • Experience marketing to specialized professional audiences is an advantage.
    • B2B SaaS experience, particularly customer marketing at scale, is a plus.
    • Benefits

      • Remote work: Open to candidates across Canada.
      • Salary: CA$95,000–CA$110,000.
      • Flexible hours: Focus on completing projects and delivering results rather than tracking hours worked.
      • Benefits from day one: Access to a comprehensive benefits package from the start of employment.
      • Paid volunteer days: Time during working hours to support causes that matter to you.
      • Professional development: Financial support for programs, seminars, conferences, courses, and other learning opportunities.
      • Opportunity to work in an innovative, collaborative environment focused on improving access to medical imaging and healthcare technology.
      • High level of ownership and cross-functional exposure across the marketing organization.
