Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for a FF&FE Lifecycle Project Manager to join our Health & Education team and play a key role planning, coordinating and delivering lifecycle outcomes across essential hospital infrastructure. This position supports the ongoing performance, compliance and renewal of furniture, building fabric, fixtures and equipment (FF&FE) across the Orange, Bathurst and Bloomfield Health Services. Reporting to the Senior Asset Manager, you'll help deliver high‑quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

  • Lead the coordination and delivery of FF&E lifecycle programs, including planning, scheduling and execution of asset replacement and refurbishment activities. Monitor project progress and timelines to ensure lifecycle works are delivered efficiently and in line with agreed outcomes
  • Support the Leadership team with project coordination, reporting, stakeholder engagement and governance requirements.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client representatives, contractors and service providers, fostering strong collaboration and communication across stakeholders.
  • Provide assistance and support with lifecycle data, asset registers and documentation to ensure accuracy, audit readiness and alignment with contract requirements.
  • Coordinate inspections and condition assessments to inform lifecycle planning and ensure compliance with performance standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in lifecycle project management, asset management, or facilities management within a complex healthcare environment (desirable)
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
  • Experience in asset lifecycle planning, condition audits, compliance monitoring and reporting frameworks
  • Proficiency across systems and tools used for asset management, reporting and document control, with a willingness to adopt new technologies
  • A sound understanding of governance, risk, compliance and performance measures within contract-driven environments

More than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
