About the role

We're looking for a Lifecycle Campaigns Specialist to join our Customer Experience & Growth team and help shape the experiences that keep donors engaged, informed and connected to Lifeblood.

You'll play a key role in developing and delivering personalised, omnichannel lifecycle campaigns that support donor engagement, retention and collection outcomes. You'll contribute to the ongoing evolution of Lifeblood's lifecycle strategy while managing a portfolio of always-on, strategic and tactical campaigns designed to reach the right donor, with the right message, at the right time. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lifecycle marketer who loves combining customer insight, data, automation and creativity to deliver meaningful communications that drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimise donor journeys, ensuring communications are relevant, timely and customer-focused.
  • Leverage marketing automation technology to improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Analyse campaign performance, identify trends and opportunities, and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead campaign testing and optimisation activities, including A/B testing and personalisation strategies.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Donor Experience, ICT, Research & Development and external vendors to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Act as a lifecycle marketing subject matter expert, providing advice and guidance on campaign best practice, customer journeys and channel optimisation.

Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience developing and delivering lifecycle marketing, CRM or marketing automation campaigns that drive customer and business outcomes.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms across personalised and segmented communications.
  • Experience managing omnichannel campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail and other customer communication channels.
  • Capability in HTML for marketing automation, with the ability to build, edit, and maintain email templates and landing pages, ensuring responsive rendering, campaign functionality, and adherence to brand and accessibility standards.
  • Experience in data modelling, DAX, and dashboard development, with experience integrating and transforming data from multiple platforms (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, web analytics, survey tools, and business systems) to deliver comprehensive communications attribution and performance reporting.
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience translating campaign data and customer insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across a complex organisation.
  • Strong project management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
