Equitable is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Regional Vice President (External Wholesaler) to join our Life Insurance team. In this role, you will partner with Independent Financial Professionals and Independent Broker-Dealers to position life insurance as a key component of holistic wealth planning and asset location strategies.
This role will focus on educating advisors on the value of life insurance as a tax-advantaged asset, including applications related to IRC Section 7702, while helping clients incorporate life insurance into broader financial and retirement planning discussions.
This position offers a remote work arrangement plus up to 50% travel for business needs. Periodic office visits may be requested based on business needs.
The career model for this position is Wholesaler III and the paygrade is W6.

The base salary for this position is $80,000. This role is eligible for variable compensation.
