Life Plan Counselor
Sarasota, FL

We’re hiring a Life Plan Counselor who wants strong earning potential, meaningful relationships, and the opportunity to guide older adults through an important long-term lifestyle decision.

You’ll step into a senior living sales role focused on developing qualified prospects, building lasting relationships, conducting tours and presentations, and guiding future residents from initial interest through deposit and move-in. You’ll have established marketing support and qualified lead generation while maintaining ownership of your relationships and follow-up.

What makes you a great fit
• You have 2+ years of successful sales experience
• Senior living, Life Plan Community, or CCRC experience is strongly preferred
• You excel at consultative, relationship-based selling
• You’re comfortable conducting tours, presentations, events, and in-home meetings
• You’re organized, polished, persistent, and confident guiding high-value decisions

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: Starting at $70,000
• Performance-based incentive and bonus opportunities
