What do we expect you to bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Excellent command of English, with the ability to communicate professionally in both written and spoken
• Knowledge and experience in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science to support and enhance business processes
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT

How can you make an impact?

• Closely monitor market innovations, trends, competitor products, and changing dynamics to analyze potential growth opportunities and develop strategic action proposals.
• Take an end-to-end role in all processes, from the revision of existing products to new product development stages, and proactively manage potential risks by identifying impact areas.
• Establish effective coordination with relevant business units and third parties during the product launch phase, managing approval processes thoroughly and meticulously.
• Manage the integration processes of products into sales platforms, ensuring systems operate smoothly and efficiently.
• Regularly analyze the return and growth performance of both our own pension investment funds and other funds in the market, while tracking portfolio efficiency.
• Periodically review the fund portfolio to identify fund structures to be newly established, merged, or converted, and guide strategic restructuring processes.
• Closely monitor fund movements (establishment, merger, conversion) within the sector and prepare periodic reports to be presented to senior management.
• Utilize your market vision, analytical perspective, and operational tracking skills to grow the company's portfolio in this critical role that bridges product development and fund management.
