Our client is seeking Life Insurance Agents to join their dynamic team. As a licensed agent, you will be responsible for providing tailored insurance solutions that meet individual needs. This is a remote, work from home position. You must hold a valid Life Insurance License.

What You'll Do

• Engage with qualified, inbound leads (no cold calling required!)
• Review existing coverage and offer tailored recommendations
• Present personalized insurance solutions via phone consultations
• Clearly communicate policy benefits, terms, and coverage options in easy-to-understand language
• Complete digital applications and maintain accurate client records
• Use provided tools to manage and track all client interactions
• Focus on building trust and helping clients make confident insurance decisions

Requirements

• Active Life Insurance License (required)
• Current E&O Insurance (required)
• Previous experience in sales or client service is a plus
• Excellent phone communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently from home
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home office space
• Available Monday-Friday (flexible hours within business schedule)

Compensation Package

• Independent Contractor (1099) Position
