About KYN

KYN delivers unrivalled care in beautiful, high-functioning homes filled with warmth and dignity.

Our ethos is shaped by the KYN team’s own experiences in seeking care for loved ones. Our leadership, nursing, and hospitality teams have applied these insights with empathy to reframe what a care home can and should be. Living at KYN means being cared for in a way that makes you feel seen and understood, feeling at home in a space designed to your taste and knowing you'll find common ground with those around you.

Residents benefit from outstanding staffing ratios and the expertise of our in-house nurses, carers, dementia specialists, and physiotherapists, alongside regular GP visits, and close relationships with multi-disciplinary teams. This ensures flexibility as care needs evolve. Furthermore, KYN delivers a holistic approach to care, offering life-enriching practices in an environment that supports independence.

KYN’s carefully selected partners share our deep commitment to enriching lives and shaping safe, beautiful, and uplifting environments. We collaborate with the very best: our homes interiors are by Nina Campbell, gardens designed by Randle Siddeley, menus crafted by Tristan Welch with guidance from clinical nutritionist Eva Humphries MSc, art curated by Adam Ellis, and libraries by Heywood Hill. From kitchen to garden, life enrichment to concierge, and housekeeping to maintenance, we believe in a whole-home approach where every person plays their part.

We are passionate about our people. Every team member is carefully selected not only for skill, but for care and compassion. We look for individuals with a genuine calling to a fulfilling career in care and hospitality, who live by integrity and compassion. Our onboarding programme empowers us to recruit for attitude and values, then nurture talent through tailored training - ensuring our people consistently elevate our culture of excellence.
