Life Enrichment Coordinator – Full-Time (Assisted Living & Memory Care Focus)
Pay: $17.70 – $19.00/hour
Classification: Non-Exempt (Eligible for Overtime)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday with one weekend per month rotation
Touchmark on West Prospect is Appleton’s leading full-service senior living community, dedicated to enriching the lives of residents through exceptional hospitality, care, and meaningful engagement. We are seeking a creative, compassionate, and organized Life Enrichment Coordinator to support programming in both Assisted Living and Memory Care.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating purposeful, engaging experiences for residents, including those living with memory loss, while building strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.

What You’ll Do
• Plan, coordinate, and lead daily life enrichment programs (3–5 per day)
• Develop and publish activity calendars that reflect all dimensions of wellness
• Create specialized programming tailored to both Assisted Living and Memory Care residents
• Encourage and assist residents to participate in meaningful activities
• Track participation and adjust programming based on resident engagement
• Collaborate with care, dining, and leadership teams to enhance resident experience
• Assist with outings, special events, and intergenerational programming
• Observe and communicate changes in resident behavior or engagement
• Take photos and support promotion of community events
What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in activities, recreation, or life enrichment programming (healthcare or senior living preferred)
• Experience working with Memory Care or residents with cognitive impairment strongly preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to lead group activities and engage residents at varying ability levels
• Compassion, patience, creativity, and a sense of humor
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to drive residents for outings (as needed)
