The Windsor of Savoy in Savoy, IL is a senior community offering independent living apartments as well as assisted living and memory care options in their Windsor Court facility. The Windsor of Savoy is an affiliate of Greencroft Communities in Goshen, IN.

We are currently looking for an energetic Weekend Life Enrichment Assistant to join our Windsor Court team!

If you enjoy working with seniors, leading activities and making a positive impact, this role is for you! You will help us create engaging, meaningful experiences, specifically with our residents with memory loss.

Pay: $15.42 – $24.99 per hour

Schedule:

• Part-time – Every Saturday & Sunday 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• 12 hoursweek ; 24 hours2 week pay period

Benefits: Medical/Vision/Dental benefits are available for team members who regularly work 40 or more hours per 2 week pay period.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and assist with weekend activities, games, and social events
• Encourage resident participation and build relationships
• Spend time with residents on a one-on-one and small group basis
• Help plan activity calendars and special events
• Maintain supplies and a clean, safe environment
• Support residents’ emotional, social, and cognitive well-being

What We’re Looking For

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Interest in senior care, activities, or healthcare
• Good communication and basic computer skills
• Two or more years of experience in activities or senior living (preferred, not required)
• H.S. Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, which includes a physical, TB test and drug screen
