We're looking for a compassionate, energetic, and creative Life Enrichment Assistant to help create engaging experiences that promote the social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual well-being of our residents.

In this role, you will help plan and lead engaging activities that promote resident connections, encourage participation, and enhance quality of life for seniors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Activity Certification preferred
• Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, recreation, customer service, or a related field preferred
• Strong passion for enhancing resident engagement and quality of life
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to plan, lead, and facilitate group activities and events
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher)
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
• Available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and community events
