Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour
Schedule 40 hours per week | Dayshift| Monday - Friday with occasional nights and weekends

What You’ll Do:
As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you'll help create meaningful experiences that enhance the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being of our residents. Working closely with residents, families, and team members, you'll support and implement engaging programs and activities that promote connection, purpose, and quality of life while ensuring each resident's unique interests, preferences, and needs are valued and celebrated.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of engaging life enrichment programs and activities.
- Encourage resident participation and incorporate resident interests into programming whenever possible.
- Provide one-on-one visits and in-room activities for residents unable to attend group programs.
- Assist with department documentation, reports, and administrative tasks.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and collaborate with families to support individual needs.
- Connect residents with community resources and assist with transportation arrangements as needed.
- Partner with the interdisciplinary team to enhance resident engagement and overall well-being.
- Maintain positive working relationships and contribute ideas for program improvements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks and projects.
- Ability to remain active throughout the workday, including bending, reaching, twisting, kneeling, and moving between activity locations.
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 35 pounds.
Preferred
- Experience working with older adults or within a senior living environment.
- Previous experience supporting resident engagement, recreation, activities, or life enrichment programs.
