Location: Valley Senior Living on Columbia

• PRN/Flex Opportunities
• 8:00 am- 4:30 pm
• Skill Nursing certified: Starting wage is between $23.00 and $27.21 per hour
• Uncertified: Starting wage is between $17.55 and $20.82 per hour

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• High school graduate or GED.
• CNA Certification required within 120 days of hire for full-time status

As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you will help design and lead a variety of social, recreational, spiritual, and therapeutic activities that enhance the well-being of our residents. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and enjoys building meaningful connections. Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and implement activity programs that meet the needs and interests of residents.
• Encourage participation and provide one-on-one visits for residents.
• Accurately document all services and activities.
• Assist with care plans and contribute to quality assurance initiatives.
• Support residents with shopping needs and provide transportation as needed.
• Develop and maintain a monthly activity calendar that fosters engagement and community.
