GENERAL SUMMARY
Works under the supervision of the Wellness Operations Manager. LIFE Center Service Representative’s primary job function is to perform the duties necessary to meet the member’s needs. This includes, enrolling new members and assisting current members with their queries. Greeting members and users of the gym as they come through reception. Checking in members and verifying memberships. Registering prospective members and guiding them to the correct person. This position will provide assistance to members along with inquiries about gym operations and policies, as well as perform various administrative duties. Representative is also responsible for the cleanliness and appearance of the fitness facility.
