Job Description

A distinguished Personal Injury Law firm in Beverly Hills, CA, is searching lien negotiator to help support a legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely follow up and collection efforts as well as reviewing accounts to determine merit of collection efforts. The office has a great working environment and is an excellent opportunity as you will be working with serious cases with an excellent group of experienced lawyers in a family-like work environment. This is a high energy, positive, productive, busy work atmosphere

Salary range is $27-$35 depending on experience​​​​​​​

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Paralegal certificate a plus
  • Experience with collections a plus
  • Previous experience with Personal Injury Claims preferred
  • Knowledge of settlement practices and collections procedures
  • Basic office skills and computer literacy required
  • Must be able to type 30 wpm
  • Spanish preferred
