Job Description

A reputable Personal Injury Law firm in West LA is searching for a lien negotiator to help support a legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely follow up and collection efforts as well as reviewing accounts to determine merit of collection efforts. This is a 40 person legal team that is busy with trials. They are growing and eager to bring in their next Super Star! 

Salary range is $22-$35 depending on experience

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Paralegal certificate a plus
  • Experience with collections a plus
  • Previous experience with Personal Injury Claims preferred
  • Knowledge of settlement practices and collections procedures
  • Basic office skills and computer literacy required
  • Must be able to type 30 wpm
  • Spanish preferred
