Do you possess excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to pay close attention to detail and excel in a fast-paced environment? We have an immediate opening for a lien letter coordinator!

Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Order requirements for real estate closings, including but not limited to municipal certifications, tax certifications, and water and sewer certifications.
• Prepare daily reports to identify workflow and priorities

Other knowledge, skills and abilities required are:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree preferred
• A minimum of 3 years recent settlement, real estate or mortgage experience is preferred but not required - we will train the right candidate!
