Coordinar, supervisar, guiar y motivar a un equipo de trabajo para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos de seguridad, calidad, cumplimiento al control de hora por hora, reducción de scrap y mejora en la eficiencia de los procesos de produccion en un ambiente colaborativo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Balanceo y arranque a tiempo de linea
  • Cambios de modelo efectivos
  • Llenado y cumplimiento del control de hora por hora
  • Asegurar el apego al reglamento interior de trabajo y código de vestimenta
  • Liderar y actualización de métricos de juntas Tier 1
  • Disposición diaria de scrap
  • Cumplimiento a 5S en el área
  • Promover actividades de Seguridad
  • Brindar retroalimentación constructiva y coaching individual
  • Resolver conflictos y fomentar la comunicación efectiva
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos y desempeño
  • Promover la capacitación y certificación en el desarrollo del equipo de trabajo
  • Asegurar personal certificado en operaciones criticas
  • Rendición de cuentas de los métricos con el Coordinador de Produccion
  • Seguimiento correcto y oportuno a la escalación de problemas del área respetando el nivel jerárquico
  • Seguimiento al control del material y manejo correcto del Wip
  • Seguimiento a problemas de calidad a través del sistema QRQC
  • Levantamiento de tiempo muertos a través de la plataforma SCGI
  • Seguimiento y monitoreo del sistema ANDON
  • Monitoreo de Headcount en Workday
  • Aplicación del plan de reacción 3-5-10
  • Promover actividades de engagement con el equipo de trabajo
