Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an Administrator – Licensing & Regulatory to join our client's team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic regulatory environment, supporting licensing processes and compliance activities across multiple jurisdictions. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination of regulatory requirements while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
Support licensing applications, renewals, and jurisdictional approvals, including preparation of documentation and tracking submission timelines
Assist with administrative tasks related to licensing obligations across various jurisdictions
Liaise with local and international regulatory authorities and support the preparation of official correspondence
Monitor regulatory updates and escalate relevant developments to senior team members
Assist in preparing compliance documentation for audits, inspections, and ongoing regulatory requirements
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a compliance-focused role, including Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
Understanding of Maltese licensing regulations; exposure to regulatory work is an asset
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills in English; Maltese is considered an advantage
