Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as Licensing Property Relationship Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our city centre Edinburgh office 10 Sunnyside, Edinburgh, EH7 5RA. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 35 hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The salary is £23,500pa.

What the job involves for a Property Relationship Manager: -

  • Managing day-to-day maintenance requests predominately HMO related whilst delivering a high standard of customer service over the phone, emails and any other internal software from Landlords, Tenants and Contractors.
  • Understanding Landlord and Tenants responsibilities when managing the day-to-day requests so we can be clear to customers around their responsibilities for the property.
  • Ensuring maintenance issues are logged and managed effectively in a timely manner.
  • Have strong negotiation skills to resolve conflict.
  • Working with the senior coordinators, team leaders and contractors to ensure individual KPIs are achieved and escalate any issues when appropriate.

  • Previous Property Management, or industry related experience preferred, but not essential
  • Can demonstrate strong sales negotiation skills and be very competent in resolving conflict and potential disputes – both written and verbal
  • A positive, proactive attitude, with a strong customer service focus
  • Meticulous attention to detail and confident at relaying information
  • Process driven, with efficient administration and organisational skills
  • Ability to problem solve, be calm under pressure and a track record of exceeding client expectations.
  • You must have the current legal right to work in the UK
