Assist in maintaining company and technician licenses, and ensuring all licenses are up to date and documented in our system to include Sales Reps, Installers, Service Technicians and Care Reps in all centers. Proactively reach out to branches and technicians that are getting close to the expiration date and send out reminders. Work with the AHJs on issues as they arise as well as changes to the AHJ requirement. Assist in researching and maintaining the AHJ requirements for licensing in ADT’s system. Work all issues that come up with the AHJs and the local branches to help resolve the issue quickly. Assist in many projects around license and compliance. Assist in continuous improvement of the licensing process and maintenance of the database. All other duties assigned.
