Location: Salinas, CA

Position: Part-Time / On-Call

Available Shifts: AM (Day) & PM (Evening)

Pay Rate: $39.00 - $40.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures safely and accurately.
  • Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate significant changes to the healthcare team.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation of resident care and clinical observations.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to promote positive resident outcomes.
  • Ensure resident comfort, dignity, safety, and well-being at all times.
  • Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

  • Current and active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
