NurseCore is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in the Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding area if you're compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping others, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform patient assessments and deliver direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Assist with medications and treatment orders per patient’s individualized plan of care
• Complete accurate documentation as part of maintaining patient records
• Communicating status updates with ordering providers and Care Teams
• Educate patients and Families on management of disease processes

Qualifications

• Active Unencumbered Texas LVN License
• Minimum of 1 Year recent experience as a licensed nurse (Prior Home Health Experience is Preferred)
• Strong Clinical and Communication Skills
• Current valid CPR Certification including hands-on skills component (i.e. American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Negative TB test completed within the last 12 months
