Canyon Springs Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team on the PM Shift!

Position Details:

• Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

• Schedule: Full-Time, PM Shift

• Pay:$40.00–$43.00 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

• Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

• Foster a positive, compassionate environment for residents, families, and coworkers.

Qualifications:

• Current California LVN license in good standing.

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.

• A commitment to providing outstanding, resident-centered care.
