Schedule: 12-hour overnight shifts | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Hourly Pay Range: $26 – $40 per hour (based on experience)
We are hiring a dependable Overnight LVN for a full-time, permanent role in a long-term care setting in Palestine, Texas This market performs especially well for nurses seeking consistent night schedules, strong team stability, and long-term employment
Provide licensed nursing care during overnight hours.
Administer medications and treatments per care plans.
Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition.
Handle overnight clinical needs and urgent situations.
Document care accurately and timely.
Support and supervise CNAs as assigned.
Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards.
Required
Active, unencumbered Texas LVN license.
Ability to work consistent overnight shifts.
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
Preferred
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience.
Comfort working independently during nights.
