We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Chico team, supporting individuals in our IDD residential programs. This is an ideal opportunity for LVNs looking to build their skills, gain specialized experience, and grow within a supportive organization.

Work-Life Balance You Can Count On

• Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
• 30-minute lunch included
• Small caseload – more time to build clinical confidence and provide quality care
• No nights, weekends, or on-call expectations

What You’ll Do

• Provide nursing care including assessments, treatments, and follow-up
• Support a small caseload, allowing for more individualized care
• Coordinate care with providers and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor health conditions and respond proactively to medical needs
• Participate in care planning and program collaboration

What We’re Looking For

• Active California LVN license (required)
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Must be 18+ years old
• Experience with developmental disabilities or residential care (preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
