Muir Wood is a leading provider of residential mental health and substance use treatment for adolescents ages 12–17. With 17 Joint Commission-accredited programs across California, we deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed care in a safe, structured, and compassionate environment.
Our programs integrate individual therapy, family systems work, and accredited education, all focused on long-term recovery for teens and their families.
The Licensed Vocational Nurse is responsible for assessing client's medical needs, monitoring medications, administering and tracking TB skin tests, and assisting psychiatrists as needed.
This is full-time, onsite position scheduled Monday-Friday from 7:30am - 4pm.
