Qualifications
· Passing the respective states competency exam and obtaining a certification or license if applicable
· Valid nursing license for a minimum of 1 year with no considerations
· Eligible to work in the USA
· No felony convictions

Responsibilities
· Work under the direction of client
· A Licensed Vocational Nurse working through Thusa Services performs clinical responsibilities such as taking vital signs and manage patient charts.
· Assisting patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
· Performing basic nursing procedures, such as administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
· LVNs work in a variety of nursing and residential care facilities, SNFs, ALFs, Memory Care Units, and more
· Document all care provided and refused and submit paperwork
· Maintain patient confidentiality
