Job Title: LVN/LPN

Requirements:

• LPN/LVN license required.

Responsibilities:

• Delivers nursing care under the supervision of an RN or DON.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician's orders.
• Observes and reports changes in resident condition and maintains accurate clinical documentation.

Shifts Available:

• 8-Hour Shifts Offered Monday - Friday and 6am-10pm Weekend Doubles
• (6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am)
