Starting salary: $44,000 to $68,000 annually
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus – Behavioral Health Clinician III
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus – Behavioral Health Clinician IV
Starting pay is based on education, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and local market conditions.

At Chestnut Health Systems, you'll do more than provide therapy. You'll become part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to helping individuals and families overcome mental health and substance use challenges through compassionate, recovery-oriented care.
We're seeking Licensed Behavioral Health Clinicians (LCSW, LCPC, and LMFT) to join our interdisciplinary team in Bloomington, Illinois.
Whether you're working toward independent licensure or already fully licensed, you'll find opportunities to practice at the top of your profession while collaborating with physicians, nurses, recovery specialists, case managers, peer support professionals, and community partners.
