Eliot is seeking a licensed Social Worker to join our Early Intervention (EI) program which supports children from birth to three years of age with developmental delays or disabilities in the Everett, Malden, and Medford area. Our multidisciplinary team delivers community-based therapeutic interventions using a coaching model with parents and caregivers.

As a Social Worker, you will participate in screenings, assessments, center and home visits, child and parent groups, and will provide service coordination for families along with consultation regarding clinical and developmental issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess the developmental levels of infants and toddlers using standardized screening tools
  • Provide interventions focused on psychosocial development, family systems, and resource identification
  • Develop and track progress on treatment goals outlined in the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) in the home setting
  • Deliver transdisciplinary services to families and children enrolled in the Early Intervention Program
  • Collaborate with families, physicians, and agencies to ensure a team-based approach to planning and treatment

Qualifications:

  • Requires an Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
  • Clinical Licensure required/LCSW
  • LICSW preferred
  • Experience working with young children with behavioral and mental health conditions
  • Valid Massachusetts Drivers License

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Annual Salary $55,000$60,000 USD
